Gears & Axles - Fabbed 9": DS Universal to 3RD member torque?

I'm putting in a MWC 9" with the chrome moly DS and I need to know how much to torque the U bolts holding the U joint end caps to the 3RD member.

I don't want to get them too tight and destroy the needle bearings inside the caps. :bang:
