where can i find a fabbed 8.8 for my car?

Default where can i find a fabbed 8.8 for my car?

i have a 98 T/A and want around a 3.73 gear. i saw some people have a fabbed 8.8 i like that idea better for my wallets sake. where can i find one? i atleast need the pre fabbed housing and axles. i know someone that can build the rest. thanks

guys, this question gets asked it seems every two weeks or so. my suggestion to you is unless you are good at fab work yourself, it isnt worth it. by the time you pay someone labor and materials to fab the ta mount, and weld all the necessary hardware, plus gears, posi unit, and axles, you will prob exceed the price of a 9in. i am in the process of building an 8.8 right now... but if it fails, i will only be out 400.00 total and some time in the complete project. take that for what its worth
