Voltage problem.

Default Voltage problem.

Ok so I tak my car to pep boys to get new tires and a front end alignment. Two days later car starts acting up, I mash the gas the check gauge light comes on SES abs inop start flashing. So I let off and they go away. I kept drivng and they keep flashing. I replaced the alternator and battery, now Im still having problems. Cars still in the red on the voltage gauge and today when i was dring the instrument panel completly cut off as did the car shortly after. Someone help me please. I have no idea what else to do.

Cars a 2000 SS. Also the car seems to charge while sitting for a while, it will start and then slowly die. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: My brother took the ground wires cleaned them and tighten. Seems to be working good, I have to recharge the battery but its out of the red.
