Default 99 SS H/C 1/8 mile time opinions?

I bought a 99 SS with a built A4 with a yank 4000 converter. It also has a LME 347 short block, Patriot stage III heads, a big cam, 11.3:1 compression, a fast intake with a 92 mm throttle body. It has stock rear suspension with the stock rear with 3.23 gears. The previous owner took the car to a local 1/8 track and the car went a 7.51 at 93 mph with a 1.71 sixty foot time. He said he had to roll into the throttle so it didn't blow the tires off. Supposably the car has just under 450 rwhp. I'm installing a S60 with 3.73s, and Sphon torque arm and lower control arms. I have a set of Bogarts skinny's for the front and Bogart 15x10s for the rear with M/T 28x12.5 ET streets. When the other owner went to the track he had 315/35/17 M/T drag radials. What do you guys think this car will run now? Thanks Lee

I think it should go low 7's but his 60' wasn't to bad with a 3:23. Good luck sounds like it should run pretty good
