Need help with 1992 rs camaro
I need help with my 1992 rally sport camaro. It is a v8, 305 tbi, convertible. My speedometer stopped working last as I was driving home. It was working properly prior to my return trip and as I was going down a bumpy road attempting to drive slowly, I checked the speedometer to find that it wasn't registering at all. We just bought the car last night and it has roughly 130,000 miles on it. We jacked it up and checked the tranny where we thought the cable would be connected only to find there wasn't one. I have done some research and now believe it to be electronic. I need any information that can help with fixing the problem.
How can I fix my speedometer?
and does anyone know where I can get a convertible top?

easiest thing to check is that the vehicle speed sensor at the back of the transmission is plugged in. if you were going over bumpy roads when it went out, maybe the connector was loose.
