Car is Stumbling at low rpm, seems like 4cyl, Help !!
Dont know whats going on. this past week all i did was take out the ac compressor, and fix my rubbing header.
- All plug wires seemed on, coils are getting power
- Batt was out for a day
- Batt is kinda weak but i dont think that weak
When i start the car it sounds normal, go to drive and its super quiet, stumbles from a stop and just like putters. If i give more gas though it kinda kicks in normally.
What can be the problem here ?

battery being weak can affect it even though the alternator is putting out 13.3 ? no codes being thrown either
When i test the batt with all off volts read 10.9

If you rested the header on the plugs there is a chance that a plug or plugs got cracked. Also a possibility that the plugs aren't seated all the way. If you have an extra set of plugs I'd change them out since a hairline crack is hard to see. Try looking at it running in the dark and see if you see anything arcing.

replaced batt today. I am swaping a few old o2 sensors to see if that helps. All i did with the header was loosen all bolts, moved it a tad away from the frame and then re-tightened it.
It seems when i first start the car (open loop) its ok. Wait about 45 seconds and its screwy.
I think i am gonna order new wires and plugs to rule that out. Can it be injector or fuel problem. I have a aeroforce gauge that can read out the pulse width and what not if needed.

after swapping in some old o2 sensors and moving around the plug wires it seems fine.
Took it for a quick ride no problems. I am gonna change out all plugs and wires for added security
Does anyone know the part number for the 2 delco o2 sensors ?

i think the cause might of been the harness that runs down the frame on the pass side by the header. There was some burnt wires in there and i think when i wash the car water screws it up. Re-did the harness and it seems fine

bad 02 sensors should not cause the car to stumble at all... they should not cause any drivabilty problems... if it is related to headers, check the egr system for proper seal on the manifold and on the headers.

I replaced my o2's, eliminated the inital stall from a stop, but I still sputter while maintaining any RPM below 3K. If I gas it, it goes.....Im throwing a MAF code. Could that be the culpret? It seemd to run better as the weather cools down, I think it was causing ot to run prett rich.
