Default engine has oil smoke problem, any ideas?

recently my car has started smoking. the wierd thing is that it is only smoking on the decel between shifts. Other then that doesnt smoke hardly at all. The smke is deff oil related. ita a birght whitish blue. have already bypassed the PCV system with a catch can set up. which didnt help..
Anyone have any ideas?

valve seals?
oiling ring on the pistons?
should i remove the other line that runs from the pas side valve cover to the TB?

I would check the valve seals. My car smoked a good amount and when i changed my spark plugs some of them had oil on them.
