Default sold on a fast manifold.

Ive been looking in to something better than a fast manifold, but there isnt anything better. Now im either going with a 92 combo or a vengence 96 combo. The motor is stock right now but i have ported ls6 heads with an ms4 cam that is going on a 408 shortblock. Is the 96 combo going to be over kill, or will the 92 not be enough.

I don't know if you will have significant gains from with vengence 96 over a 92. If the price is not too much higher on the 96 and you are not on a budget, i'd go ahead and get the 96.

I have a ported FAST 92 on my 408 with a MS3. I would have to agree that if you have the money then get the 96. There is a good chance that you will end up swapping the heads and cam in the long run to something way bigger.

if your on a budget id go ported 9090.. you can pick up a used one for around 900-1000 if you are patient..

that would be better than a stock 9292 but cheaper.. and not quite as good as a 96 but im sure much cheaper..

im sure it wil flow plenty good enough for your heads..
