Default Va Speed's new FI machine processes/parts

Introducing

Virginia Speed's

2 New processes/services for higher horsepower forced induction motors.

The first is a main girdle support unlike any other on the market today. A patent pending design, developed totally in house, designed using CAD and FEA, it's the strongest piece of it's kind. BAR NONE!

It's an interlocking plate, that's dowel pinned to the main caps. The main caps are also pinned to the block. The block is machined, as well as the caps, so the plate fits tight, and become an integral part of the block.

This girdle is a part of Phil Thomas' 2500 hp LSX Mustang.

Cost is 1400. That includes all machine work, the plate, and ARP main studs.

Next is a machine process that is the cure all for high hp 4 bolt cylinder heads. Tired of pushing water? No need to run 6 bolt heads. We've got the answer. A double o-ring machining process. Sorry, no pictures for risk of being copied.

This is a PROVEN part of Brian's (Fireball) 368 inch, single turbo, 3500 lb car running 8.30s @ over 181 mph. That's at 25 pounds of boost and over 20 deg's of timing!! And they're still getting a handle on the new power!!! He has many runs on it already, and NO SIGNS OF PUSHING ANY WATER WHAT-SO-EVER!!!! At over 1500 hp, that's quite a feat.

Cost is 1000 including head gaskets.

Give us a call today for all your high HP needs!!

Can't wait to pick up my Virginia Speed double o-ring setup. Lifting heads and pushing water should be a thing of the past!
Hope to be back on the track in the next few weeks.

*cough* its actually 3500 lbs *cough*

Should also mention all these runs were at 25+ psi and 20++ deg of timing...not a weak tuneup by any stretch of the imagination...

Is the double O ring something that would be considered very streetable? I wouldn't see why not, just wondering.

Doesn't change driveability just how much power you can hold without pushing water.

I guess I missed it. What parts do I need to send you to do the double 0 ring?

Interesting, very interesting. Are the heads and block both machined? I would love to see some pics of the process/concept, but I understand your concerns about coping. Looks like someone did their homework, good job

At what power level is the girdle needed with a factory ls2 block?

Also, the double o ring setup, how long does it take, what's the standard turnaround time?

replacement head gaskets are around 200.00 depending on the actual bore size.

yes,it affects oil pickup height-it also affects oil pan height.

there is no cut and dry power level, rpm and rotating asy weight also play a big factor in when it's needed.

2 weeks is average

In order to do the double o-ring process, do you need us to send you the block and heads, or just the heads?
