Default ABS/TCS off

has anyone ever figured out why this happens? Mine has been doing it for a year now and I've replaced the rearend, replaced both front hubs/speed sensor assemblies, cleaned the rear speed sensors, made sure all the bulbs are working and have all 4 tires the same size and width. It still is temperature related in my case. If its a cold morning it will work fine for several miles, then the lights come on. If I wait until it warms up outside and start it, the lights come on before I get out of the driveway. Only thing left to try is to check each wire I guess with an Ohm meter. Luckily it was in the 60's the morning I took it to get it reinspected last month. The lights came on as I was driving away from the inspection station.
