Default 8.0 in the 1/8th

For a 2002 SS with Lid/Headers/4.10s/Nitto DRs how good a time is 8.005 @ 89.8 in the 1/8th??

was also wondering what kind of times that would be in the 1/4

I assume you've tuned it? How were your 60' times? Whats your elevation where you're at?

A good formula to use is 1.55 X your 1/8 mile.

1.55X8.0= 12.4 so I'd say you're movin out pretty well cuz I know the DA in CA sucks...

1.57 is closer to the correct method of corrections. If I remember correctly NHRA conversion standad is 1.57XX

it wasnt my car, its one of my friends car who doesnt go on tech so i figured id ask for him. I never ran my car in the 1/8th.

The run was at nearly sea level (+565 ft) i do not know the DA and the 60 was a 1.84 i believe

I thought NHRA used 1.55 but

I'd say its not a bad time for that car. The altitude isn't bad but I'm sure during this time of year the DA as over 2k. Not bad for a bolt on car....
