got some pics of my boat together!!!
heres the power plant and as you can see the storage area. very stern port side you can see my 10 gall fresh water for my weekend trips.
i think this winter i will be doing a tune and a set of manifolds. see if i can get 1-2 mph out of her.
then here is a few of the system in there.
its a new Alpine unit with usb and ipod. i have one remote on the drivers side (silver thing above the trim tab pannle. and i have one on the rear port corner for when we are on the beach etc.
rest of the system is a 600 watt Alpine amp powering 4- 7.5" alpine coaxle speakers, the deck powers the 2 alpine 6.5" coaxle speakers next to the sub and a 2nd alpine 600 watt amp powers the 15" Rockford sub.
the amps are in the little glove box/storage thing next to the deck. they are stackables and the first one is mounted to the inside wall. its pretty slick

Noyes, what is the name of your company. I am an account exec for a telecom subcontractor out of framingham...we do all commercial. Tell me what you do and I will throw your name/number around when i can. Sometimes on a job I will get asked for a good HVAC co. and if I can throw you a reference I will.
On a side note, been doing some boating myself, the jetboat is tons of fun on the lakes out here. I am dying to get it out where you go. Does about 52-55 on the speedo so i am assuming it does low-mid 40's on gps. The funnest part is doing complete 360s at 30 and almost throwing everyone out of the boat. I absolutely love your boat, the pics do dont it justice....you could eat off the hull thats how clean it is!

I'm just an old fool, and you have all the answers.
When business is slow, advertise and run specials.. which will get you business and allow you to retain trained labor, and in turn make them loyal to you and your company.
You remind me of the Principle Owners of Fette Ford and Schultz Ford:
They are both the son's of a family business that the father's and grandfathers put on the map by hard work, taking care of folks (customers AND workers) and growing. Most employees are 15-20-25 years and there is a reason for that. RESPECT.
They are nicknamed "POD'S" (Parents Own Dealerships) and they will singlehandedly run the dealerships into the ground once the parents are gone. They have no business sense and worse than that- they don't have the ability to communicate and zero common sense. The only thing that put's them in charge is thier genes.. without that genetic connection, the goofy bastards would be slicing bologna at Shop-Rite.
Enjoy your boat.

A little harsh and somewhat out of line.....I would say it isn't your place to make that judgement on a guy you know through an online forum. I think you just want his boat.
Tough crowd in here sometimes.....you must not be in the construction industry because everyone is like that right now. Cut back on workers and try and stay alive is what alot of companies are doing right now. Marketing in a recession is a lot harder than just throwing some advertising out and running a few specials. Especially when there are guys willing to undercut everyone else in order to win a job....
