Sonic blue GT on H37 on the way to work...
i was driving normal (yes i was) on the way to work friday mornin' and this sonic blue stang comes outta nowhere, im sorta hangin' back (cuz i broke my fuzz buster) and he starts to rev ME! did he not see those stainless steel balz hangin' underneth the car(true duals), no? well shit he must have seen the Z28 badge,no? i know, he was going so fast he missed the CCFB sticker, at any rate, he slowed to my speed downshifted and took off....ok impressed.. so we pass corn products road and the hiway is now almost empty.. game on suka.. i gave it a little and got next to him. slowed to about 45 (cuz im gonna make sure it downshifts to 2nd) and i hear him downshift (it was a stick and acually sounded good) gave him the jump then mashed the gas and holly shit...( first time ive done that scince i got it going again) the tires broke loose for an instant, hooked and i was gone, the speedo was moving as fast as the tach,lol, befor i even shifted gears at 6300 and passing through 120 he was wayyyyyyyyyyy back there. so i just had to give him the ricer hazflash, i was thinking to myself..."dumbass you drive a 'stang you should know better". so now im feeling froggy and later on at work me an a friend get out on the runway (no when didnt have any airtraffic) from a dig were gone and im on his ass the whole way through the 1/4(ya he is ahead of me), but about 1800ft i start passing him....he won the 1/4 but i took him in the long run.....did i mention he was on a 750gsxr...so in summary.. ya cant win em all but dammit you can still get bragging rights
