Default Need a good Top-End for LS1 + D1SC

Found a set of Really good shape LS6 Cam, Springs for 250$... Should I jump on this? Going to be running a D1SC with stock 853 heads.. At our engine shop we can Port and polish, so for FREE why not just work the stock heads instead of spending the money for NEW ones...

3.7" pulley, 7.25" crank.

Also Exactly what pistons do I need to buy?

I am set of Compstar H-Beam rods if those are good.

Porting your own will most likley end up in less flow than the shops that sell heads

I think you should find a good local tuner and they'll have you up and running.

Chances are they'll have a different opinion on how to set your car up to achieve whatever your goal is.
