Default Intake Coolant hose relocation/delete.

My LM7 is a 99 with an 05 intake. The intake has a coolant line that runs through the throttle body (I think). But the hose runs from the engine, through the throttle body and out to somewhere else. I need to know where to put it as I dont have a GM radiator but rather a Jeep radiator with no fittings for this little hose. What has everyone else done with this?

I think it's around like 20 bucks, you have to buy the 90 degree fitting, got it at my speed shop. Link below.
