what does this rubber gasket do ? In the middle of switching out my clutch (stock) and changing to an LS7 (I picked one off a guy with 1k miles on it) and in the midst of cleaning the LS7 clutch/flywheel before I put it in, I find this little rubber gasket or O-ring and I don't know where it came from?
here's a pic by itself...
here is a pic showing that it fits around the pilot bearing...(it fits it but where the hell should it go?) does it have something to do with the slave cylinder??
HELP!!! or does this little thing not even mean anything to me?
