Default new tranny jumps out of gear at WOT

I just got a 4l65 installed and when I took it out to test it, i stayed on the gas almost full throttle and when the 1st to 2nd shift came there was a loud bang from tranny and it jumped out of gear to what it seemed like neutral (just reving), so as the car limped to the side of the road I heard it click back into gear almost right away and it was ok again.
I have a 3200 stall, the car's been dynotuned and the shift points were changed along with a code deleted out of the pcm from a reocurring code (i believe the one about solenoid A or B staying open)

the tranny guy believes it could be the tune, he says it shifts fine when you manually change gears, only when the computer shifts it, it is acting up.

any ideas on what this could be?
thanks

I would check my fluid level first. Make sure its at or just over the crosshatch warm running. Beyond thats its possible it could be and input sprag letting go but usually they wont come back on. Fluild level not being adequate however would be my first thought.
There is no electronic condition that would make the car jump out of gear.

the weird thing is that it'll shift fine if I manually shift it from 1st to 2nd,
but if I do it in drive or overdrive it does it.

Input sprag When you manually shift you have the overun clutch on supporting the sprag in OD you do not.

thanks,
now what causes the input sprag to go bad,
could this have anything to do with the solenoids, or the fact that the car was throwing this solenoid code before? or too much line pressure?
the stall?, i'm at a loss here trying to figure this out,

It would not be related to the codes you mentioned, Do you know if the sprag was replaced during the build? I know some builders do not replace it but rather just check it and it should always be replaced as it is a relativley weak link in the 60/65e unit.
