Default FMIC with front plate?

I plan on getting a FMIC turbo setup soon with my 99' TA, but since I live in maryland, I am legally required to kep the front license plate on the car. Anyone have any suggestions to how I could get more airflow to the IC without cutting out the front plate section?

Wouldn't I have to use a smaller intercooler to pull that off?

Nope. I'm using the same 24x12x4 core intercooler on my horizontal setup that all the vertical FMIC people are using.

You think you could get some pictures of how you stuffed it in there?
