Nice build, and they super contradict themselves in the rules:

There this: NO 4 Links!
Then its ok here: Four link cars - 3200 lbs

Yeah it was there. Had nothing but problems with it since we got it running so this is one reason for the EZ street project . The best he ran was a 6.81 @ 102Mph in the 1/8th and it was leaving in 2nd gear.

ive been working on my project for 2 years ive got a 97 with a 482 big block. i used to have a 422 sbc, but i had to take it out and put a bbc in itbut it will be a prescott this summer hopefully by next month. the only reason its took this long i put a cage, 9 inch, and all new suspension on it. i was gonna run ez street but i changed my mine i might just play with or try to run real street but probly wont do very good the motor should make around 750 to 800 at the flywheel

Well, it does not say anything anywhere about limits on turbos or cubic inches, and these guys said they are running a 106MM, and you can run alcohol, so basically there are no rules other than drag radials, Does not sound like a "EZ Street" class to me.

GL with the build. Got some motor shots for us? Turbo? Whatcha doing for chassis?

Chassis is going to Chandler Chassis Concepts in a month or two. After that that motor will be going together.

we have 2 cars running in ezstreet at prescott. one is the current record holder with a 5.0x pass. the car will run 5.0xs like a bracket car on a radial. the other is a 509bbc with a 114 turbo. next one soon to be released from shop is a 04 stang witha 390 sbf and twin gt47-88's. motor has already been 7.40s at 199 in a older fox body.

Can I ask how they came up with the name EZ Street for this class? Good god. 114 MM turbo's and BB's? Do they allow screw blowers and nitro also

i really dont know. orsca has the same class but limits to a 94mm and 325/50 dr. they run in the 4.80 range. the blue car set the prescott record in orsca trim as said above. made over 1300hp to the wheels with the 94mm.

LOL, coming from someone who up until just recently got married, did the exact thing! Lived at home with daddy and blew money on his car! Nice job!

Why arent you guys doing the chassis work there? I mean, you got more years of experience there than all of you guys combined! Ill have to drop by down there soon if I ever get a spare moment away from work!
