Question Everyone with 99+ LS1's come inside!

I bought a set of brand new LS1 coil pack brackets to put on my center bolt valve covers.

I just went to attach my coil packs with the old bolts and realized that there are no threads in the brackets. Just empty holes!

Is this standard? If so, how do you get your coil packs to stay in?
