What tire size?

Right now I have 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 with 275/35-18 and 295/35-18. I might be going to 18x8.5 and 18x10.5. The rears will stay the same at 295/35-18, but what would I put on the front? Im not sure if I should stay at a 35 or move up to a 40

Correction!

245/40/18 (25.7"), or 255/40/18 (26").
