Hot Rod Power Tour/ Pump Gas Drags/ Drag Week - Anybody here shoot any pic's or vids at Bristol?

After the long haul deal in the speedway everyone was waiting in line to get out of the park. The was a group of people standing right at the bottom of the hill with a sign that read "Official HRPT 09' Burnout Area" So, I smoked the hell out of them. Anyone there with pic's or video? Thanks!

Is this your car? My buddy took some burnout pics, but some guy with the speedway cam along and made the guys with the burnout signs take them down. I made sure to do a nasty burnout when I left, just to piss him off.

Yea, me and a buddy have talked about going on the Power Tour for years, but have never been able to do it. When we found out that it was ending in Bristol, we decided to ride up and check it out. I pulled a couple of all-nighters, working on my old 68 C10 truck just to get it ready to go. We left my house on no sleep and high hopes. I had not even finished the tune, but it was pretty close. We got 18mpg on the highway and the truck never even hiccupped. It ran flawlessly! (My wife swore it wouldn't make it). We drove 1,023 miles from the time we pulled out of my driveway until the time we got back. (just under 48 hours) We had a ball!
I plan doing the whole trip next year!

It was a blast, one of the coolest things I think a car guy could do. Congrats on the truck and making the run up. I ended up running up 4,3xx+ miles plus in 9 days. I'll be looking for your truck next year, thanks for the pic man.
