Default read bumper cover loose or bent? need help

so i got in an accident with a fence about 2 weeks ago.. i hit the front end new bumper cover is in paint now but i just noticed my back bumper cover its like loose from the back rear fender, so the bottom is kinda pulled it it looks like, so now it makes my exhaust look uneven like the bumper was cut down a inch or so( on driver side) it seems like the metal piece the bumper cover attaches to was bent in and is pulling it in thats the best way to explain it so any ideas? so idk is it just the cover or what? ill try to post up pics soon as possible need to borrow gf's camera..

You should be able to straighten out the bracket and get it to bolt up again.

black ford escape swurved to miss a f...kin puddle when it was raining and heading straight for me while i was going around a bend i swurved so they wouldnt hit me the back end kicked out went side ways at about 50-60 mph 3 dif times then slid into the fence, i spun it towards the fence instead of the a deep ditch with a telaphone pole =\
