M6 driveshaft fit an A4???? Gonna swap a 12 bolt with a guy, and was wondering if the driveshafts are the same length on the M6 and A4?

the stock shafts will fit from A4-M6 or vice versa but with the 12 bolt you will prolly want to have the shaft shortened 1". just for clearance. I have driven the car with the stock shaft place but it doesnt have much room with the 12bolt. the shortening gives it room to move on the output shaft of the tranny like it should have. just test fit it and see. works either way.
