Default Firebird headlight problem - not gears

Car: 2002 WS6

When my low beams are on, my driver side works fine, but both high beams come on dimmed, and the passenger side low beam is very dim. When I turn the high beams on, both the driver side lamps come on fine, but both of the passenger side lamps are shut off. I replaced the low beam lamps and nothing changed. When I unplugged either of the passenger side lamps, they both stayed off when just the lows are supposed to be on. I checked the headlight fuses, no problems (but they didn't turn off when I pulled the fuses..). The grounds look OK at a glance, but I didn't inspect them too thoroughly.

Seems to be an electrical problem...anything else I should check before giving up and taking it into a shop?
