Default Red/Brown Plugs (Pics inside)

I pulled the stock Delco's after 42k and they were reddish brown, I tried searching around and found mention of a "spark plug coloration guide" but couldn't locate the guide.

I took some pics and wanted to know what you guys think, I run a 75 dry but have only gone through one 10lb tank in the past 8k miles.

***EDIT***Yeah I should have mentioned, I bought that car around 25k and haven't run any octane boosters but always put in at least 91 octane.

Do you run any octane booster? some octane boosters cause a rust color on the plugs try to stay away from that kind if that whats causing it

I pulled a set of plugs that were only 5-10K miles old and they looked the same. Ive run a few different additives but honestly if it is an additive that is causing a color difference i dont think it is a big deal at all. And all i run is Shell fuel.

The red/ brown color is metal particles in octane boosters, i forget what the name of it off the top of my head. but ill look it up in my text book tomorrow.(Methyl cyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT) and ferosene Its what makes the fuel harder to burn?

Kinda how lead in leaded gas is a higher octane. But octane boosters do it in a much cheaper way that no where as good as leaded gas>
It will slowly plug up your cats(which no one cares about anyways) And O2 sensors. Ive heard of it building up in the ring lands causing issues but i have never seen it in person . So might be a myth

they are redish brown because of the heat range of the plug. gm trys to skimp out, if i were you i would get the next colder range plug and it should be more of a brown.
