Default 80W-140 Redline

Should I have 80-140 Redline in my rearend? That's what Dustin at Speedtek here in OKC gave me. I'm sure he's right, just making sure since TR doesn't have anything but 75-90 on their website. Does it matter?

80-140 will keep the gears a little quieter if you have noise. I run it in my Moser 12 bolt for just that reason. It won't hurt.

I used the thick stuff on my old M6 car to help the gears be a bit more quiet. It did reduce the noise somewhat.
