Poping out of 4th gear WHY?

Question Poping out of 4th gear WHY?
i just got my t56 rebuilt and at least once a day it pops out of 4th gear

It could be a few things. What shape is the pilot bearing in? Does it pop out right after you put it into gear? Does it pop out when letting off the gas?
