Default Fuel pumps

I am needing to replace my factory fuel pump. I am wondering what all model / yr pumps are a direct replacement for it. Its a 98 Camaro so I am wondering will a 00', an 02' fit it? Also what about one from a firebird? Thanks in advance!

Doesn't matter between camaro/firebird, but '98s used a different pump setup than 99+. If you want a direct fit with no modification, you have to use a pump from another '98 car.

A 98 FBody has a different fuel pump than the 99-02 has.
