C6r rims on my 95 TA vert I just found a good price on 295/35/19 rear 255/40/18 front C6r rims. I wonder what will it take to fit on my 95 Trans am Vert. I dont want to spend too much but love the looks of those rims and the deal is good.

I have 1.5" spacers/adapters on the rear of my '98 Formula, using OEM C6 19x10s with 305 tires (295s on the front with 1" spacer). It is said that 4th Gen Firebirds have a bit more room than Camaros.
Prior to final installation, I test fitted the wheels/tires with a 1.25" spacer. That would have worked, but I felt I could accomodate another 1/4". I wanted a more aggressive stance (in relation/contrast to my fronts), and liked the idea of extra clearance to the INSIDE of the wheelwell. In this application, I would not consider a 1" spacer for the rear.
I BFH'd the wheelwell/seatbelt bulge, just in case. The 'outer edge-to-fender lip clearance' is close, but I have not had to roll the lip, yet (yes, lowered w/suspension and bump-stop mods, Koni shocks, etc.)
The 295 is 11.5" wide on the 19x10, versus 11.7" for the 305, so they are very close in size (30 series, Michelin PS2s).
This particular 19" combo only added 6lbs per corner, over the stock 16" wheels and tires (INCLUDING the spacer w/5 extra lugs and nuts).

Thanks. I looked at the tire prices for those rims. I REALLY cant afford it. Guess i"ll look for 18 inch all around. Where is the best place to find cheap c6 wheels preferably crommed, but polished will do.

Since a rear tire on a RWD performance car could be considered a 'consumeable' with a limited lifespan, I would strongly consider used tires on Ebay.
I have $2,200 worth of 19" Michelin PS2s on my car, but only have about $500 invested in them. You would be surprised at the amount of useable treadlife on some of these used tires (mostly OEM rears from high-end Porsches-- yes, some wear evident of an IRS, but usually not abused/neglected).
For the money, you could buy used replacement rears every year, and still be several hundred dollars ahead. But remember, the F-body ABS system wants the front and rear tires to be similar in overall height. 18s all around may be the easier choice, but (if we are still talking about C6 style wheels) you will probably have to get a set of aftermarket wheels/copys-- sometimes with questionable quality... almost always heavier than their OEM counterpart.
Used OEM C6 five spokes (sets of 18" fronts, 19" rears, of course) usually sell for $400-$600 without tires, depending on finish/condition. Plan on anywhere from $75-$250 for spacers/adapters, depending on quality and if you want to move the fronts out more.
