the stock cooler is fine for a stock engine and trans, not a large ci engine with a 9 1/2" 3200 rpm stall converter!

If you need any info let me know? I build those radiators and a/c-trans combo cooler? There was supposed to be a option for an aux cooler but GM scrapped that idea. What is the part # on your shroud. you may be able to upgrade the fans?

Never hurts to install extra cooling. Having said that I always thought a trans cooler was only needed when towing or when road racing.
