Which Nos direct port is everyone using? Just looking for the Part # and the other things they had to use to set it up.

There are a few types of nos direct ports available. The noszle is used by alot. The nice thing about it is that you don't have to drill the manifold. The other 3 are all kinda the same..the sportsman, pro shot and pro race fogger systems. Each one is an upgrade of the other. The sportsman is a small shot economy kit. Good for most people. The other two are pretty serious kits that go upto 500hp I think. If you check jegs or summit they're have info on each.

The Sportsman says for Carb motor only? and I have to remove the intake?

Does that mean I just remove the intake and plumb it into the intake?

If its carb only how can I use it on a Fuel Injected car?

They are setup to use a low pressure(carb style) fuel system. You will have to remove the intake for installation. You have to drill and tap the intake. If 200 is as big as you plan to go the sportsman should be suffecient. I'm planning on starting at 100 and ending at 200 but I'm gonna get a pro race fogger just in case. I already have the pro shot but plan to get a new intake.

if your looking for a 150 there are many systems out there that will support 150 that are not direct port and less expensive. if your leaning more towards the 200 range then you need to plan on that up front. you just can't slap it on and spray with a 200 shot. you have to use colder/ lower gapped plugs, fuel system upgrades, and if you tune it for a low pressure fuel system you have to buy a regulator to lower the pressure to the noids. you also need to remove timing and run better fuel for safe reliable operation. with a 200 it is also recommended you have a forged bottom end.. although many guys are running 200 on a stock bottom end ( myself included.... well 175). Without knowing your goals, current mods, and your pocket book there is more info on your part needed. but i hope this gives you an idea on what your looking at. the system i have gave me 132mph traps on a fairly stock Z06.. check out the sig and you will have an idea of your capabilities. my system was about 1900.00 total. when you consider, i bought the Racetronix pump, timing computer, system, and misc pieces. good luck!!!

anyone have the jettings for 150, 200, 250 shots on the NOS direct port kits with 8-10psi fuel pressure? (I've got a sportsman setup)

Going to be adding an LSX intake, Yella Terra Rockers, and an Electric Waterpump. I was hoping to step the shot up to 175-200 on occasion, but otherwise I'd like to keep it at 150.

I really like the Noszle kit, but was seeing if the other direct ports were more cost effective w/ the dedicated fuel system. If you got yours done for $1900 Chicago Z06 I'll just go with that then...

what lobe center is your cam on? i would not spray over a 200 on a 112.. i like to run 114 when spraying 175 and up. you just have to be careful of bogging the car on launch.

I bought my system from Ramchargers for 1450 i believe when it first came out. and their adjustable timing computer for 299.00 ( they are cheaper now) the system comes with 100, 175, and 300 pills. i have maybe 10.00 in Ace hardware runs for fuel rail spacers, teflon paste, some extra wire and connectors. other than that it is pretty complete. i also run it on high pressure and with the 175 pills it makes 150 at the tire. leaning it out a bit would net 175 i bet but with a stock bottom end and 610rwhp fat is happy and safe (as you can get i guess). you would need to buy .28 funnel jets for the 200 setup. i love mine and it has worked very well for me. plus you can put it on in an afternoon without intake removal and no tapping. it's not the prettiest system but sure is functional.... Also it is pretty easy to remove so if i need to totally remove it. if you end up this route one word of advise FOLLOW the tightening instructions for the lines... also keep the fuel side at least 2" shorter than the NOS so they hit simultaneous rather than an initial lean high cyl pressure hit. Thanks this does help me out a lot. The lobe center is a 112, but I was looking at going to a More nitrous friendly cam. If you have one that will fit with the heads milled 30 thousandths let me know

I like running rich for the bottle to be safe also.
