Where can you buy gear marking compound? I need some and can't seem to find anyone that sells it. Is there anything that is readily availble that can be used as a substitute?

i bought a tube of permatex prussian blue. Its tough to find, actually a hole in the wall auto parts place had it and none of the big chains did. *******.
