dana 44 and 8.5 10bolt stuff interchangeable?

Default dana 44 and 8.5 10bolt stuff interchangeable?
I see that their both 8.5 inch ring gears. Anyone know if the stuff is interchangeable? I have a dana44 here with a locker and 4.88s. Maybe it can fit my gm 8.5 10 bolt.
