I will be ordering soon. I've got a few more questions (I called a few days ago but forgot a few things) so I will be giving you a call in a few minutes. My dad wants me to ask all these different questions before I spend any money, and I have to listen to him because he is the one with the garage and tools.

Nope - we designed this cam to fit in a stock bottom end with stock heads (243s will work too) without the need to flycut.

It'll be going on for a while, no official end date just yet. I'd say you're probably safe until the end of July!

With that amount of clearance, I seriously recommend to measure PTVC and degree the cam upon install.
Also make sure you get the right springs to avoid any valve float.

It is a powerfull cam and will need 4000+ stall on A4 and 4.11 or higher gears on M6.

Properly setup that cam will destroy a lot of the competition at higher rpms, it is bigger than MS3, MS4 even the Vindicator. Just a tad smaller than T-Rex.

I've been looking into a setup such as this. Can anyone comment on the street manners (even though it's not going into a dd car)? Also, most people would recomend getting these heads ported, right? I've seen a lot about TEA porting these heads and it making quite a difference.

it is def a very streetable cam. have it and enjoy it. still have some tuning issues to work out. been having other issues unrelated to cam. it doesn't lose the low end like t rex does. very very driveable IMO. have put about 1000miles on my car this year alone. pretty much have been daily driving it since weather broke. . i know once i get it dialed in some more i will run in the 11s no prob.
right now i have 205k mile lq4 with ls6 heads stock truck intake through 3400 stall 4l80 9 inch ford with 411 gear in 86 el camino
