Default Cam recomendations

Hey every one I have a 99 firehawk m6 and am planing on doing some modding in the near future.
Current mods are K&n a lid and fast toys ram air + free mods . Im planning on LTs (probaly hookers) ls6 intake, pullies and a cam. I drive the car 4-5 days a week 6 months of the year so i dont want some thing that will destory my streetability. What cams would you guys reccomend.
TIA

Your going to need heads too! Trust me!

I think the TR 227/224 will be very good!

But, you can choose from a 220/220 to a 224/224, wich will give you nice gains and good drivability on an M6. If I were you I would get the TR 227/224.

But all drivers have there own taste on a cam. I might think it is ok; however, you migh think it is too lumpy!

Good luck!

Good luck

Im not concerned with a lumpy idle even my daily driver blazer has a big cam in it as long as its streetable im open to all suggestions. I know im gonna end up wanting heads to ...... i think id be happy if i could get 400 rwhp before i do heads.

If that is the case, I think you could go with a TR 227/224. Or, you could go with the MTI X1 cam (230/227). Or even the TR 230/224. Thay are all good cams and will give you good power.

You know that all results will not be the same!

Do a post for "TR230/224 sound" and someone will have it for you!

Good luck!!
