Cadillac CTS-V - Programmer

Does anyone make a programmer for the 06+ ctsv? I see diablo n such make them for 05 under models. Which is a good unit for power n fuel econ? Or should I get a real tune (not looking to do a whole lot to the car as far as mods just want a lil more)
