Help Me with my Next Step.....
Hello,
I am running exactly the mods in my sig. My question is what would be the best option to gain better ET/MPH numbers:
Details: 100 hp wet shot used once n a while as "needed"
My average operating elevation is 5300'
Cam: I really like my TR224-112. I have considered going to a TR230 or requesting specs for a custom grind.
Intake/TB: Currently running an LS6 with a BBK 80mm TB. Of course, the thought here is go to a FAST 90/90.
Stall: Currently running one of the ever-popular Fuddle 3400 2.1 STR stalls. Thoughts here are a Vig, Yank, Circle D, STI 3800-4000.
I do plan on swapping in a Stg 2 or 3 trans this winter and possibly a 408 the next year.
So, where would the best place to spend $800-$1100 this summer?
Thanks for reading!

I don't know, your car is pretty well balanced.
More cubic inches if you have the money. I know the elevation really takes the power away. I am at 5400'..
I say enjoy your ride as is. A 408 would be nice..
Good luck..

If I ever really get rich, I would love to work with someone who specializes in 'Turnkey' Engine drop-ins.
Not laziness, I just do not have the mechanical aptitude necessary to build engines. I get how engines work, just envy those who can put them together.
Like you, it is hard to find good places to go WOT other than the track. Our local track is almost on a mountain out here..no fun running at 7500' DA's.
Enjoy Nevada..should be a warm summer!
