Default Another couple of questions about gears....

I'm reconsidering my most usefull acceleration speeds.
I'm now thinking my best acceleration should be between 20 mph & 60 mph.

I asked about 30 - 90 mph before, but on second thoughts 20 - 60 mph acceleration I use more often.
Which gears would get me to 60 mph faster?

I've seen 3.90 gears are available. Are these okay to use in an A4, and are they ideal for faster acceleration between 20 - 60 mph, or are other gears better?

I see gears feel like they make the car much faster, but back to back testing at the track shows the gains are pretty small (.1 and 1 mph) once you have a 3000 or higher stall converter. I guess they're bigger gains with the stock stall ?

Thanks for the help

I'm probably being kinda dumb, but I dont follow?
I want acceleration in the 20 - 60 mph range, more than top speeds.

Mabey the 3.73 are still the best for my wants....?
