Default Procharger BPV problem?

I went to the track last weekend and at the end of the day, i noticed that the bpv seemed to be going off all the time. I got it back from the track and noticed that it chirps whenever i let off the gas (1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full throttle) regardless of being in boost. its also holding 10 inches of vacuum steady, even when i let off the gas at 4k rpm. it will hit about 8.5-9 psi (usually around 10-11). i pulled off the bpv and couldnt visually see anything wrong with it. also couldnt find any boost leaks. whats going on here?

Where are you picking up your vacuum? More than likely you have it tied into the brake booster vac, we have found less chirping by tying in into the hvac line on the passenger side of the firewall. Bob
