Default 2-3 clutch pack in 60E?

Someone was telling me that the 2-3 clutch pack might be able to be changed out through the trans pan? Is there any truth to this?

That would be the 3/4 pack and we all WISH it could be done through the pan

No it cannot be changed through the pan. But I would agree that would be very cool.
