Default Best type of coolant for a 2000?

Hey guys, sorry for the dumb question but I can't get the search to work tonight. My buddy who works at a dealership is doing a full coolant flush for me this weekend(the real deal where they use the machine and get ever last bit out, not just a drain), and im wondering how much coolant I need, and whats the best type to use. The car has 79k miles, thanks.

It only takes 15-20 minutes to do a 100% full coolant flush in your driveway. The real deal where every single drop of the old stuff comes out. Hope your not paying for it.

If you live in real cold climates 50/50 water Dexcool.

Warm climates like South Florida, half jug of Dexcool and the rest water.

And that would be clean hose water, distilled water is not necassary. Up to you though, distilled water is cheap.
