so how much weight saving is just the ls1 k member with motor mounts over the stocker?km0003

btw, does it come with instuctions? i know its basically removing and replacing k members but i have never done this before. should i install my headers before i put on the bmr k member or after once it's mounted?

The k member will save you around 32 lbs. Yes it will come woth instructions. As far as the headers go i would wait until after you put the k member in. You will have alot more room. If you have any additional questions please let me know.
