Has anyone painted there TA or Camaro this color?? im curios if it looks good.. right now i got a black car.. which is the worst to have at my house.. every night the cars in the garage and my family cares no **** about it and every time they walk bye they rub it and in the end u got a sh*t load of scratchs.. but back to paint, i was thinkin of gettin it detialed professionaly... but then noticing that GM has paint over spray all over the car would it be better off gettin a new clear coat? i was thinkin that i was gona get some blue ghost flames and get them to put that under the clear coat when they redo it. Or would i be better off goin a whole new color? like midnight blue, corvette blue.. ?? or black with flames and new clear coat? need some help here.

One of my friends wrecked his 99 Trans Am & while it was in the shop he had it painted Electron Pearl Blue. It's awesome, I wish they had that as an option from the factory. If I didn't have SOM I would do it in a second. He should get it back in about a week once they finish up some small details but the car looks awesome.

That color looks like mine....I have NBM, but buyer beware, only certain hours of the day you will get that color....Other hours your car looks purple <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> , especially close up on sunny days, car looks almost completely purple....But when it looks Navy Blue like the name implies it looks sweet

That is absoloutly the sweetest color TA I've ever seen in my life. That is the definition of a bad *** TA.I nearly wet myself when I clicked the link. Someone (me) is going down to go get an estimate tomorrow...

It depends on the amount of light hitting it. When the sun is out full force it looks medium blue, overcast and it looks dark blue, when it is shaded it looks dark purple and at night it looks real dark blue of even black. Mine is factory paint, nothing special.

NBM and Electron blue are two TOTALLY different colors.. Guys, not too many people have this color and as you can see. There are NO worries of it looking purple...
Personally I like NBM but I am just proving the point that this and NBM are different...

This color is NOWHERE near stock on an FBODY...This is a stock color on a Z06 vette which is a VERY BADASS color...

electron blue is pretty dam close to Med. Quasar Blue, aint it

If you want to go with a production color blue, try the electron blue that came on the 99-00 Civic Si's, or Admiral Blue from the LT1 Vette.

Andy has a camaro that color. It's a berger and there are pictures on here somewhere do a seacrh for berger ss or andys ss. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Like I said certain angles and a certain sunlight will make you look electron blue...I should know this because I have an NBM, and sometimes when I get that certain sunlight the car looks awesome, but mostly looks dark blue and purple

I saw that color on an M5 and I almost cried... don't know cried for seeing an M5 or that color... could have been a combination of both <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
