dry shot question for NOS nowhows.
I put @ a 80 dry shot on my 99 4.3. It has 92K miles on it. When I would spray in 4-high it would set back some, but at @ 3000rpms it would fall off and loose power. I changed the plugs which were original, and the wires but havent sprayed it agian yet. The plugs looked pretty bad from wear, and were gapped over .1 instead of the .060 recomended. I gapped the new plugs at .050 for the spray. My question is could the NOS been blowing out the spark due to the gap, or is it the fuel system not adequite for NOS? Any helpful info will be appreciated, thanks ahead.

your spark is to big i would have to say that is what it was. you actually need to gap your plugs at .035 and you should be fine. and make sure you do not use platium plugs use something cheap like AC delco or autolites
