Default How to build my bottom end??

I raced some type of VW GTI, and I beat him pretty bad on top end but the problem is I cant stay with him on take off, but he does have full boost at 3k and I started to pass him around 4k, but I also think I need to practice my take offs because I got him a few times on take off, but anyway I wanna know how I can build my acceleration up

that is partly because ls1's have a smooth trq curve. which is why ls1s always play catch up. the best thing you can do is put a torque converter in if your an auto. or 4.11s in if your a manual, and of course a cam or nitrous.

Have you heard about autos putting 3.73 gears?

yes, 3.73 is the preffered gear for the automatic. but a torque converter is the best mod you can do to an automatic car by far
