Default aint that a bitch

I just sold the hawk yesterday. Finally gonna be able to get ready to buy a house. And then my truck takes a ****. It starting idling rough and as i was on the freeway it started struggling then misfiring. I had to pull to the side and as I'm doing so a huge bang comes from underneath. Im thinking the truck is gonna blow up. As i come to a stop it dies. I try to start it a couple of times and it wont turn on. at this point im pissed but for some reason i was laughing also. No smoke was coming out, the truck didnt over heat, nothing. No leakage from underneath. I call for a tow truck and they say and hour and half, i say ok. I try to start it and it turns on healthy as before. I cautiously drive home going 65mph. Once i get home i check underneath and the muffler is blown open. Truck starts up with no problem now. ******* a, i wonder what happend. I dont trust it now

Your exhaust system was clogged.Probably the cat or muffler. The loud bang you heard was it unclogging itself. It should be fine now but I would redo the whole exhaust just to be safe

Personally, I wouldn't trust 6 months of loyalty.
