IAC motor makes noise

IAC motor makes noise This just started yesterday. When I shut off the car I heard the IAC making a clicking noise. So I changed it out with another IAC motor and it does the same. I have also noticed it searches for an idle and has been dieing at quick stops. If I slow down slowly it does fine. The tune has not changed, as I said it just started clicking when I shut the car off.
Do I have 2 bad IAC motors?
