Terry @ Pat would be the person to ask.

Probably depends on how much high rpm/beating etc they see. I'd guess most duals with a TR 224 should go at least 25,000 miles or two years. Thunder might also have an idea.

I'd say at LEAST 25,000 miles. *assuming you don't rev it to 7K RPMs all day long every day *

thanks brah.getting ready to install the stage 2 5.3 heads from terry but not sure yet whether go with the tr224 or sometin a little aggresive.not a daily driver.

With my 236/230 with .598 lift I plan on changing them yearly for a piece on mind.I would expect them to last atleast 40-50k miles with a TR224 cam.

thanks black z.was looking at that tr230.dont feel like changing springs yearly.now 40-50k mi. with the tr224 I can deal with that.have it on hand with 112lsa.still not decided.still looking around and searching for a N2Ocam.
