Default Wierd connector? DS side rear.

Can anyone tell me what this is?

It's above the drivers rear fender under the plastics. I don't see ANYTHING it can plug in to.

Also,

It says it's a rumble? sensor/alarm and looks factory? any details on this factory stuff? is it even worth it to plug it in? I found it unplugged.

As stated above. The passenger side is the alarm setup and the drivers is for the 12 disc changer. All of the cars had the wiring but not the options. Same with TCS control
